WHAT IS PERMANENT COSMETICS / MICROBLADING?
Permanent cosmetics are also known as microblading, semi-permanent make up (SPMU), permanent make up (PMU) and eyebrow embroidery. It is a cosmetic tattoo and commonly performed to enhance the shape, colour or placement of your eyebrows or lips.

A unique handtool or machine is used to recreate the look of very fine hairstrokes or powdered make up, depending on the style of eyebrow you would like. For your lips, colour is gently implanted using a machine, creating tiny pixels of pigment giving the allusion of fuller, more defined lips.
The pigments used are designed to fade over several years, so colour boost top up appointments are recommended every 1-3 years.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED AND WHEN DO I BOOK MY TOP UP?
If this is your first appointment with Chloë, an initial appointment and a top up appointment session is recommended within 5-12 weeks.

You can book this at your initial appointment, or online as soon as you have scheduled your initial appointment.

It is recommended that you book your top up appointment ASAP to avoid disappointment as Chloë's schedule can get booked up very quickly.

If you do not book your initial top up session within 5-12 weeks, your top up will be considered as a 3-8 month top up at a slightly increased price.
If you have very oily skin, or you have booked in for correction/cover up of old pigment, or would like a very bold finish, you may require a third session to achieve best results. This is charged as a 3-8 month top up procedure.
