In order to make an appointment and to receive permanent make up, aesthetic and laser treatments at Chloë Thorne PMU | Aesthetics | Laser you must be over 18 years of age.

Bookings

There is a 50% non-refundable booking fee to be paid for online which is required to secure your treatment date and time. The remaining 50% of your treatment cost will be due on the day of your treatment and is to be paid at the studio.

Please note all booking fees are non-refundable, unless in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment.

If you need to change your appointment, we will require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your treatment date, your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new appointment date.

If you do not show up to your appointment, the full cost of your treatment will be charged to your card.

Treatment Packages

Our treatment packages are available to book within the time frame detailed on our website. Packages cannot be exchanged for other services or extended and must be used within the allocated timeframes.

Treatments

Please be aware that we make NO GUARANTEES about the success or longevity of any treatment. This is because each person’s skin and lifestyle are unique. Therefore, there is always a possibility that some clients may have less than satisfactory results. Unfortunately, whilst we will do our best to minimise this, if unsatisfactory results do occur, no refunds will be given.

We kindly request that:

You do not bring any guests with you to your appointment, unless they are receiving a treatment themselves.
No children under the age of 18 are permitted into the studio with you.
You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of your treatment.
