FOUNDER & OWNER
Chloë is a highly experienced practitioner specialising in Microblading, Permanent Make-up, Laser Tattoo Removal, Laser Hair Removal, Advanced Laser Facials, Aesthetics and Beauty Treatments.
Beginning her career as a Permanent Make-up (PMU) artist in 2018 while living in the Scottish Highlands, Chloë returned to her home town in Surrey and opened the studio in 2023. She has continually expanded her expertise through advanced training in permanent make-up, aesthetics and laser technologies. Her commitment to ongoing professional development ensures she remains at the forefront of the industry, delivering treatments that combine technical precision with natural-looking results.
Since qualifying, Chloë has performed thousands of permanent make-up procedures, earning a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail, artistic eye and client-focused approach. She is passionate about enhancing natural beauty while creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to each individual's features and goals.

Charlie brings a unique combination of commercial expertise and entrepreneurial vision to Chloë Thorne. A qualified Quantity Surveyor by profession, he works quietly in the background, playing a key role in the growth and development of the clinic since meeting Chloë over ten years ago.
Drawing on his extensive experience in project management, business strategy and commercial delivery, Charlie has been instrumental in creating the clinic's purpose-built studio and supporting the continued expansion of the business. His passion lies in delivering an exceptional client experience while helping to introduce the latest innovations in aesthetic and laser treatments.
Charlie is passionate about making aesthetic, laser and skin treatments accessible to everyone and is a strong advocate for challenging the outdated perception that these treatments are solely for women. He believes confidence and self-care have no gender, and is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable pursuing their personal goals.
