Service Description
This 20 minute in depth consultation Appointment is to discuss the different options for Permanent Make up if you are unsure of the process or which style of brows will suit you. If you know which style of PMU you would like to book, you can book this directly online. Once you have booked your treatment, you will also need to book a FREE 5 minute patch test a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. A consultation will take place at the start of your treatment to discuss shape, style, what to expect, healing and aftercare. If you decide to go ahead and book this in depth consultation, the £30 consultation fee is redeemable against any future treatment you choose to book with us.
Cancellation Policy
Our booking and cancellation terms and conditions are below, if you have any questions about these terms please contact us. These terms and condition apply to bookings made directly through the studio and online. We will require your full name, DOB, tel number, address and email to secure your booking. You will be sent a booking confirmation and any relevant consultation forms via email. A minimum of 50% non-refundable booking deposit will be required, with the balance payable on your appointment. We will send complimentary appointment reminders by text and email and reserve the right to refuse bookings or treatment. If we are not able to honour a booking due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified at the earliest convenience. We’ll do our best to re-arrange your appointment. Any deposit taken in this instance will not be lost. Booking deposits may be transferred if you re-schedule your appointment 48 hrs beforehand. We reserve the right to make amendments to this policy.
