Service Description

If you have had microblading or permanent make up done before, you may be eligible for a correction appointment. However, the previous pigment will need to be faded by at least 50% before you are considered for this treatment. Chloë will need to inspect the previous work before you will be able to book an appointment. Please send us a message and include several clear pictures of your eyebrows in good, clear daylight and with no make up on the eyebrow area at all. If your brows are faded enough for cover up or correction work, we may be able to book you in. However, there are many factors involved in correcting someone else's work. Chloë will need to assess the depth and colour of the previous pigment used, in addition to the shape and quality of the previous work. This requires extra skill and time during your appointment. These factors may affect your suitability for a correction appointment, although it is important to note that results can vary. If the pigment is not faded by 50%, laser tattoo removal may need to be considered (see our laser tattoo services). A correction treatment is considered as a new initial appointment and an initial top up will be required. If laser tattoo removal is not completed first, then depending on the quality of the previous work, additional top ups may be required to achieve the best results.


Cancellation Policy

Our booking and cancellation terms and conditions are below, if you have any questions about these terms please contact us. These terms and condition apply to bookings made directly through the studio and online. We will require your full name, DOB, tel number, address and email to secure your booking. You will be sent a booking confirmation and any relevant consultation forms via email. A minimum of 50% non-refundable booking deposit will be required, with the balance payable on your appointment. We will send complimentary appointment reminders by text and email and reserve the right to refuse bookings or treatment. If we are not able to honour a booking due to unforeseen circumstances you will be notified at the earliest convenience. We’ll do our best to re-arrange your appointment. Any deposit taken in this instance will not be lost. Booking deposits may be transferred if you re-schedule your appointment 48 hrs beforehand. We reserve the right to make amendments to this policy.
